Arrival: is possible from 4pm to 11pm. Please let us know the approximate time of your arrival.

Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day you depart, so that we can have it ready for our next guests.

Price list:
The prices are per apartment and night. The prices are "from" prices and can vary according to availability, occupancy and season. and season.

Local taxes: € 1,80 per person from 14 years and day are extra charged.
NEW: from 1.01.2024 the local tax is € 3.50.

Reductions for children:
Of course we welcome all "little big" guests in the Val Senales welcome. From 2 full-paying guests in the room there are the following reductions:

0 - 3 years - FREE
4 - 12 years - € 18,- / day
13 - 17 years - € 20,- / day
from 18 years - € 25,- / day

Non-smoking apartments:
All our apartments are non-smoking. We ask you to respect this.

Pets: Dogs are welcome on request. (€ 10,00 per day, not including food).

Payment: We accept cash, bank transfer, international EC card or credit card (VISA, Mastercard).

Credit card details:
Upon arrival it is necessary to leave the details of your credit card. For possible damages, unpaid extras or other expenses we will charge this credit card.

Final cleaning:
The final cleaning does not include the cleaning of the kitchen. We ask you to leave the kitchen as you found it. Also the dishwasher has to be left clean and empty. If this is not the case, we will charge a compensation depending on the effort, which we will debit from the deposited credit card.

Cancellation policy

General:
A vexed subject....Cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the vacation are free of charge. For cancellations from 29 to 15 days before arrival we keep the deposit as a handling fee if one was charged. From 14 - 7 days 80% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee. For cancellations 7 days or more before arrival, late arrival or early departure we take the liberty to charge the room.

Cancellation due to Corona:
We have all learned some lessons from the Covid pandemic and know how quickly circumstances can change. Therefore, in the event of cancellations related to the Covid pandemic, there is no question that we want to provide our guests with the utmost peace of mind:

• In the event of another border closure, travel ban or similar, bookings will be cancelled or rescheduled upon request, even at short notice and free of charge. (Therefore it is not necessary that this is covered by insurance).
• For new bookings we do not require a deposit at the moment.
• We credit already made deposits completely for a future stay with us, without due date. Our guests do not lose any money and this is also very helpful for us.
• The cancellation coverage of the european travel insurance also includes cancellations due to a corona illness or a quarantine case of the travelers.
